RoomLane connects guests with hotels, apartments, guesthouses and villas. A booking request is not confirmed until RoomLane or the property partner confirms it.

Bookings and payments

Guests must provide accurate contact and travel information. Payment method, cancellation rules and final price are shown before confirmation. Pay-at-property requests are settled directly according to the property’s policy.

Guests and partners

Guests must respect property rules. Partners are responsible for truthful listings, availability, pricing, safety and lawful operation of their property.
